1. How Many Days I Can Receive My Parcel?

After payment is made, we will ship out within 1-3 business days. It will takes about 3-5 business days for courier to deliver to your location depending on the speed of custom clearance.

We are using Janio Express to ship Indonesia's order from Malaysia.

3. Where Can I Trace My Order?
Tracking number will be sent to your registered email address or mobile phone number once your order successfully ship out. You may trace here.

4. How Much Is The Shipping Fee?
Shipping fee is vary depending on the provinces.

- For the 1st kg (1 pair of shoe), shipping fee is RM45 (RP 158.600*) to Jabodetabek,

- RM51 (RP 179.800*) to Java,

- RM75 (RP 264.400*) to other provinces.

The actual shipping fee will be shown during check out.

Please note returns must be requested and ship back to us within 14 working days upon receiving the orders.

Once your return has arrived our warehouse, we will credit the paid amount for the item (not including any forms of discount) to your store credit after QC by our team. Usually the process will takes about 7 working days.
